Accepting the Terms: Do You Agree?
By accessing or using the phdream website or any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and phdream.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms. We endeavor to notify registered members of significant changes, but it remains your responsibility to review this page regularly.

What Do You Need to Know About Account Registration & Security?
When creating an account on phdream, you must provide your correct name, mobile number, and any other required information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential — do not share your login credentials with anyone.
If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. phdream will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or phone. Use a strong password and change it regularly for your security. Full responsibility for any misuse of an account rests with the account holder.
We may request National ID or passport details for identity verification purposes. This information is used solely for verification and is never shared with third parties. Certain features may be restricted if verification is not completed successfully.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
You must comply with all applicable laws while using the phdream platform. Harassing other users, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to breach the system's security measures is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain unfair advantages by creating multiple accounts will result in all such accounts being terminated and balances may be forfeited.
Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, or any form of script is strictly prohibited. Our systems are capable of automatically detecting such activity, and immediate action will be taken against the associated account. Any attempt to carry out a harmful attack on phdream's servers or network will result in legal action.

Important Information on Payments & Transactions
All transactions on phdream are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name; transactions from third-party payment accounts are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. This timeframe may be extended in urgent situations or if verification has not been completed. Any disputed transaction must be reported to our support team within 30 days; claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software available on the phdream platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may not republish, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our explicit permission. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against anyone who violates these terms.
Our platform may include content from third-party game providers. phdream is not directly liable for any issues arising from such third-party services, though we always strive to mediate and find a resolution. Our liability for any losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party failures is limited.
Winning is never guaranteed in gaming — outcomes depend on skill, strategy, and chance. phdream believes in responsible gaming and is not liable for any financial losses resulting from excessive play. Users are encouraged to set their own limits and play responsibly.
What Happens If Your Account Is Suspended or Closed?
Phdream reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or other policy violations are detected. In the case of a suspended account, the user will be informed of the reason via email or in-app notification and will be given the opportunity to appeal. Account balances will be preserved during any ongoing investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account; recovering funds from a closed account will require completion of a verification process. Accounts of users who opt for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy will be locked for the designated period.
About Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Phdream reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify registered users at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, resolution will first be attempted through negotiation; if that fails, mediation or legal proceedings will be pursued. The Bangla version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative version.
If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
